Position 1: Guest Relations Executive
Place of Work: Wanchi

Qualification Requirement: Diploma/Level III/10+3 in Hospitality Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ management/Hotel and Restaurant Management /Customer Relations Management/ Hotel Managements or any related fields from a recognized TVET/College/university with 3 years housekeeping/laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience. NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred |
Position 2: Food and Beverage Administration
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
BA Degree in Hotel management/Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management /Property Management Management/Management/Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/university with 4 years of relevent experience, including Manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
OR
College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hospitality Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ management/Hotel and Restaurant Management /Customer Relations Management/ Hotel Managements or any related fields from a recognized TVET/College/university with 6 years of relevent experience, including Manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred
Position 3: Food and Beverage Executive
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
BA Degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts or related field with one year of experience or Diploma and/or advanced training in food and beverage management with 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Or
Level I or 10+1 in Food and Beverage service/Hotel Operation or any related field of study from an accredited TVET/College /institute with 5 years relevant experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred
Position 4: Recreation Executive
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
BA Degree in Hotel management\Marketing Management /Economics/Business Administration/ Hotel Operation or any related field of study from a recognised TVET/College/university with 3 years of related experience, including Manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred
Position 5: Finance Executive
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement: BA Degree in Accounting/ Account and Finance/ Accounting Information System/ Business Administration or related field of studies from a recognised University/ College with 3 years of Hotel/related experience. or
College Diploma/ 10+3/ Level III in accounting and finance/ Accounting information system or related field of studies from a recognised TVET/ College/ Institute with 4 years of work experience.
NB: COC Certificate is mandatory,

Position 6: Purchase Executive
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
A minimum of BA Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management/ Logistics & Supplies Chain Mgmt/ Purchasing & Supply Mgmt/ Logistics/ Logistics & Supply/ Procurement & Supplies Mgm’t/ Management / Business Management/ Business Administration & Information System or any business related field of study from a recognized college/university with a minimum of 3 year relavent experience.
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred
Position 7: Security Guards
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
A Minimum of 12th/10th grade Complete per the old /new curriculum with a minimum of three years of experience from a known organisation as a security officer, police, military services areas.
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred
Position 8: Facility Manager
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
BA Degree Power Generation and System Installation and Maintenance/ Electrical/ Electronics engineering/Electrical Installation, any related field of study from a recognised TVET/College/university with 4 years of related experience, including Manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
OR
A minimum of a College Diploma/ 10+3/ Level III Certificate in Power Generation and System Installation and Maintenance/ Electrical/ Electronics engineering/Electrical Installation or a related field of studies from a recognised University/College with a minimum of 6 years of Hotel/relevant experience
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferably
Position 9: Shift Engineer / Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader
Place of Work: Wanchi
Qualification Requirement:
A minimum of a College Diploma/ 10+3/ Level III Certificate in Power Generation and System Installation and Maintenance/ Electrical/ Electronics engineering/Electrical Installation or a related field of studies from a recognised University/College with a minimum of three years Hotel/relevant experience.
NB: COC Certificate is mandatory.
NB: Must speak fluent English and Afan Oromo Languages Preferred
Position 10: Staff Café – Chefs
Place of Work: Wanchi
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
A Minimum of a College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Food Preparation/ Food and Beverage Service/Hotels Management from a recognised catering institute with a minimum of 3 years work experience on a similar position at a big-scale catering production hotel.
NB: COC Certificate is mandatory.
Position 11: Driver/Belboy
Place of Work: Wanchi
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
12th/10th grade Complete per the old /new curriculum with Dry II /Public II driving license with four years of driving experience in a known organisation.
