About Ija Developer
Ija Developer is a state-owned enterprise established under Oromia Sovereign Fund (OSF) to drive growth in the hospitality, resort, tourism, eco-tourism, real estate, and construction sectors. The company was formed to create value through active participation in expanding markets and to contribute meaningfully to the economic development of Oromia and Ethiopia.
Authorized by the Oromia Sovereign Fund Board under OSF Regulation No. 253/2017, Articles 16(9) and 47(3), the company was formally converted from a share company to Ija Developer Enterprise. It is one of five companies managed under the OCG umbrella.
As of now, the total asset value of Ija Developer more than 12. billion ETB.
